About 2 weeks ago we were presented with a plan to close down the Provo Smokehouse and take over the Orem (original, profitable, better area) Smokehouse. We of course said yes. So this last week we've spent moving and getting our staff used to the place. We opened yesterday(it was a miracle!) and had a really busy successful day. We couldn't have done it without help from our family and friends! Special thanks to all the work my sister Jenna did. She came and helped us with last minute notice on more than one occasion. And also to Jareds mom. She scrubbed our oven for HOURS! It is so clean and sparkly!
Everyone should come in and see the new place! We have to break in our servers!

Are any of the Orem people still working there or they all gone johnson?
We started to visit the Orem location today and wish you a Happy Birthday, but found out that you had your birthday off work, so we didn't get around to it.
I'm working locally this week, so we'll come in and check out the place.
We fell in love with Smokehouse when we first went to the Orem store. Now it will be even better.
